DEACONS

To perform systematic visitation, benevolent, bereavement support, and to support the pastor’s vision and mission of the church.

DEACONESS

To assist the deacons and pastor in visitation, benevolent, bereavement support, and the preparation of holy Communion.

TRUSTEE

To act as legal stewards of the church, holding all property of the church in trust; taking all measures for the upkeep of the property.

CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

To educate about Christianity, faithfulness and life’s relevancy to the Bible. To provide a weekly biblical teaching foundation for members to participate and learn the written word of God.

CULINARY

Designed to serve God and others through food preparation and humble service.

DORCAS

To provide compassionate assistance to our brothers and sisters without shelter.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

To aid in the assistance of those needing personal care during service time.

HELPING HANDS

To demonstrate loving care on a systematic visitation to individuals confined to home and nursing home care.

HOSPITALITY

To demonstrate love and service throughout MLBC, providing support for all activities and events of the church.

MEN’S

To provide a fellowship for the men of MLBC, allowing them the freedom to use their gifts and talents to the glory of Almighty God.

MISSIONARY

To demonstrate the love of Christ through consistent compassionate care to the shut-in without judgment or partially.

MUSIC

To fill the house with praise as one voice, giving thanks to All Might God so that the glory of the Lord will fill the temple.

OUTREACH REACH - FOOD PANTRY

To distribute physical food to the needy of the church to the church and the surrounding community.

PRAISE DANCE

To celebrate Christ through the performing art of drama and dance.

SEASONED SAINTS

To meet the social, educational and recreational needs of the senior members ages 55 and older, and enhance their lives by providing supportive services.

SOUND/MEDIA

To perform all technical functions pertaining to audio aid. Compliment, enhance and support the proclamation of Jesus Christ.

USHERS

To greet worshipers with a cheerful attitude; seat them quietly, and efficiently; serve them politely, preserving order to help sustain the spirit of worship throughout he service.

WOMEN’S

Leading women to the heart of God through prayer, discipleship, evangelism, and fellowship/community.

YOUTH

To meet the needs of the youth members, enhancing their lives by providing social, educational, spiritual, and recreational activities.
